Due to demand we have opened up a 2 Group for the Advanced Clinics.   Please see below for more information on dates/times.

These sessions are open to all EPGBA players grades 3-8 and will focus on ball handling, footwork, shot form, as well as speed and strength work.  Players will need a basketball, water bottle, a device with a camera so that Coach Wiese can watch and provide a little feedback as players move through the drills, and a little bit of space with an even, hard surface for ball handling.   For the Passing & Shot Form session, players should also have a wall (or partner) for passing and a hoop (or 10 ft target/wall/etc) for shooting. Advanced sessions also need a tennis ball.

Each session will run for 40 mins with 30 mins of ball handling, shooting with an optional 10 minutes of strength/agility.   Each session will be limited to 16 players to assist with the best interaction between Coach Wiese and players.  Based on interest we will look to add additional sessions as necessary.

It is important that players registered at the appropriate skill level in order to maximize the benefit. We have included some general guidance below to assistance:

Beginner/Intermediate:
Players need multiple or little demonstrations of a basic move before executing the moves themselves. Their execution ranges from slow/mechanical to smooth/steady. They have new to basic understanding of the game.

Advanced:
Players can execute basic moves at high speed and can combine moves seamlessly. Need execute with verbal instruction or with little demonstration. They understand how to effectively apply learned skills to game situations.

Registration: $18 for all three sessions.  If payment is not made within 48 hours of registration, registration will be removed, thus opening them up to another player.  No refunds for any cancellations or prorating of sessions.
