Travel-Lite Program

Purpose: To provide girls in the 5^th through 8^th grades with the opportunity to play competitive (travel) basketball with a shorter season, fewer games, and more flexibility overall as compared to the full travel program.

Who plays Travel-Lite basketball?

Girls who can play at “travel” level, but:

Want a less-demanding schedule of practices and games than those on travel teams.

Want a shorter season than full travel teams.

May be intimidated by the perceived image of the full travel basketball program.

Want to experience a competitive environment without the commitment the full travel program demands.
