Once players are assigned a team after tryouts, there are no refunds of fees for any reason.

We will be collecting 2 additional checks from each player.  The first will be for the added fee listed should your daughter be placed on a paid coach team.  This check will be destroyed if your daughter does not land on a paid coach team.  The second check required is for $100.   This check serves as a deposit for the parents to work shifts at the Eden Prairie Tournament on November 5-7.  If this commitment is fulfilled, the check will be destroyed.  Both checks can be made out to the EPGBA. You can mail these checks to Lisa Platt, PO Box 44731, EP  55344 anytime before tryouts, or you can turn them in upon check in.

Travel teams will participate in 5-8 tournaments depending on their grade level, plus the Eden Prairie Tournament and the Grade State Tournament (in March). This includes the Rochester tournament, which will be February 26-27, 2011.  Travel Lite teams will participate in 4-5 tournaments, including the EP Tournament and one out of town tournament, to be determined.

Based on the number of registrants, tryout results and qualified coaches, there will be up to four teams at each grade level with 8-10 players per team.  All players will be evaluated and placed on teams based on their skill level.  If an athlete does not make a team, the registration fee will be refunded, less a $25 tryout fee. Please review the EPGBA policy on our web site for pertinent information regarding evaluations.

Regular travel season runs October thru mid March, with 2-3 practices per week.  Travel Lite season will run October through January, with 2 practices per week.

New uniforms will be provided to 4th, 5th and 7th grade players, as well as any players new to the travel program.
