Summer Basketball Camp, Grades 1-4

This camp will focus on basketball fundamentals for the younger players in grades 1-4.  There will be a mix of teaching, competitions, and games.

Training for these clinics will be led by EPGBA Coach Hana Beyer & EPHS players.

CMS South Gym

4:30-6:00pm, Tuesdays: June 20, 27 and July 11, 18 & 25

Summer Skills & Scrimmages, Grades 5-8, 6 Session Pass

 

This training is designed to give players in grades 5-8* that live or attend school in Eden Prairie the opportunity to focus on enhancing their basketball skills during the summer. Sessions will run for 90 minutes 2 days per week in June & July.  The first 30 minutes will focus on skills & drills while the last hour will be an opportunity for girls to play pickup games against each other. This training is designed for the serious basketball player who wants an opportunity to keep playing throughout the summer. 

Training for these clinics will be led by EPGBA Coaching Director Herb Tarpeh.

EPHS Main Gym

6:00-7:30pm on June 12, 14, 26, 28 and July 10, 12, 24, 26

7:00-8:30pm on June 19, 21 and July 17, 19

We understand you may not make it to all sessions, we are offering two payment options to add some flexibility. For a 6 session pass you may select which dates you would like to attend. We are also offering a 12 session pass for $130.

This camp is designed to work on drills specific to shooting.  This camp will breakdown techniques with emphasis on form, footwork, scoring in different game situations.  The focus of this camp will be proper shooting form to build off of during the season.
